2. What data we collect

Through this website we may collect the following categories of data, only to the extent that you provide them voluntarily or they result from browsing:

  • Identification and contact data — name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, submitted through the contact or visit-booking form;
  • Message content — any information you choose to include in your message;
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for, and we kindly request that you do not submit through the website forms, health data or other special categories of data. The processing of residents' health data is carried out separately, exclusively within the contractual service relationship, on the basis of distinct notices and consents.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your data for the following purposes, based on Article 6 GDPR:

  • To respond to requests and messages sent through the contact form — basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with interested persons (Art. 6(1)(f));
  • To schedule and organise visits to the centre — basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b));
  • For the operation, security and improvement of the website — basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f));
  • For traffic analysis through non-essential cookies — basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

As regards care services, where applicable, the processing of health data is based on Article 9(2)(h) GDPR (the provision of health and social care) and on the explicit consent of the data subject or their legal representative.

4. Retention period

  • Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and thereafter for a maximum of 12 months, for record-keeping purposes;
  • Data related to a booking is kept for as long as necessary to organise the visit and, if no contract is concluded, for a maximum of 12 months;
  • Technical data and data collected through cookies is kept in accordance with the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.

Upon expiry of these periods, the data is securely deleted or anonymised, except where the law requires it to be kept for a longer period.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade your data. We may disclose it, strictly as necessary, to the following categories of recipients, acting as processors or independent controllers:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • E-mail and communications service providers;
  • Traffic analytics providers (for example, Google Analytics);
  • Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation to do so.

All our processors are contractually required to ensure a level of data protection compliant with the GDPR.

The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data of minors. If a parent or guardian finds that a minor has provided us with data, they may contact us to have it deleted.
